Several years experience a must.
Candidate must possess strong bar/restaurant/event skills as well as managing staff.
Challenging career with room for advancement.
This position is not for someone that wants work 9-5 and punch a time clock. You will be involved with every aspect of the business from crafting new ideas, working directly with the owner and chef.
Creativity and drive is what's required.
