Assistant Manager
Description
We are looking for a full time manager to join our team at EN. We would like someone who has fine dining experience, and knowledge of, or interest in, Japanese culture and cuisine.
We are looking for someone who is able to assist in staff training, payroll, event planning, bar and floor management, wine and sake ordering, staffing, promotions and organization. We need someone who can uphold the standards of the restaurant as well as those mandated by the NYC DOH.
We have a varied clientele, with many people from creative industries, such as music, fashion, art, architecture, film and design. Please be able to interact naturally with our many regulars and also have the ability to cultivate new repeat guests.
We have a very diverse staff with very low turnover. We are looking for someone to become part of our family here at EN!
