Pastry Chef for internationally renowned small luxury resort in Northern California:
Would you like to live and work close to one of America's most beautiful National Parks? Our highly acclaimed fine dining restaurant is looking for someone with solid Pastry and culinary knowledge. This is a one-person-hands-on position creating nightly desserts for our daily changing prix fixe menu as well as bread baking. The love for design and creativity with a passion for the art of dessert making is essential. Candidate must be responsible, able to maintain a budget, have excellent organizational skills and ensure correct sanitation standards.
