As a role model it's important to us that you have the ability to set the standards and be an ambassador for GBK. 

What do we look for in a General manager (Apart from a love for burgers)?.

  • Excellent understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety practices
  • Actively able to inspire, lead and encourage your team whilst remaining self-motivated
  • Willing and eager to learn and go above and beyond
  • The maestro of multi-tasking; understanding how to prioritise tasks efficiently, adaptable & versatile; leading change and continuously finding new and improved ways of working - all whilst having fun!
  • Great communication skills giving you the ability to support and influence your team into delivering great hospitality driving a bums on seats attitude adhering to and focusing on budgets and targets along the way.
