We are on the lookout for a Junior Sous Chef to join our bunch.

Located in Newbury, Berkshire, just off junction 13 on the M4 and 55 minutes away from London by train, The Vineyard is a 5 red star hotel. Its name originates from the owner’s vineyard in California. With 49 luxurious bedrooms and suites, 4 meeting rooms and one of the most relaxing spas in the country.

The Junior Sous Chef Role

We are currently recruiting for a Passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant Kitchen Brigade, on a Full-Time basis. As a 365-day business you may be required to work evenings/weekends/bank holidays.

Headed up by Executive Chef, Tom Scade, our restaurant brings together selected ingredients from local farmers, foragers and fisherman for our team to craft ever-changing menus which are shaped by the seasons.
