Talented Sous Chef Wanted!!!!
La Pecora Bianca, a newly opened Italian restaurant in Nomad, is looking for a talented sous chef to join our management team. As we expand our program, we seek a strong leader who possesses the skill to lead, and the desire to grow on our team. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Keep up standards of food with the expectations of our executive chef
2. Train new members of culinary team, as well as providing your own skills to our culinary program
3. Keep up with seasonal trends, including both food and restaurant culture
4. Help to provide healthy work environment for our culinary team
5. Assist other managers in daily operations of back of the house operations.
6. Provide insight and creativity for new dishes, and cooking techniques
7. Have an enormous passion for all things restaurants!!!!!
Compensation: Dependent on experience
