La Sirena is looking for talented LINE COOKS of varying skill levels and experience to help with one of the most anticipated restaurant openings of the year. Candidates should have great communication skills and be team players. Knowledge of Italian cuisine a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
Located in Chelsea’s storied Maritime Hotel, La Sirena will be Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich’s first new restaurant in New York in nearly a decade. A fun yet elevated trattoria, La Sirena will be a white-tablecloth restaurant styled in a modern Italian palette of gray tones with accents of white marble, brass, and blackened steel. La Sirena will offer a high-quality dining experience marked with gracious, detail-oriented service in a fun and lively environment.
