Salary: £45k
Location: Central London (We're based just 5-minute walk from Oxford Circus). However, we will consider applications from outside of London! With this role, you can work from our restaurants and/or from home.

Description
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating, developing, executing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives, namely driving positive guest scores, maximising performance and brand reputation, and leading to overall improved EBITDA. You will evaluate customer research and feedback, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
You will support the Marketing Director in the delivery of the marcomms and brand strategy, focused on delivering against commercial objectives and driving the future of the brand forward and also support the wider marketing team across several key projects offering guidance, idea creation and management, where required.
Main responsibilities
To create, drive, develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and sales and covers growth for the organisation. To shape the brand identity and reputation, by promoting the business, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
The Marketing Manager will lead the brands marketing in our 50 sites, ensuring that campaigns are planned and all collateral is delivered on time and in, execution to deliver a consistent presence in all sites.
This role will own the tracking and understanding of short-term and long-term digital product trends and competitor activity. Use analytics to generate insights into customer’s behaviour to inform customer understanding and communication plan effectiveness. Build an ongoing understanding of the impact of all activities to enable amplification of the most effective as required.
You will accurately and consistently reflect the Brand Positioning, Essence, and Vision in all brand communication executions and work effectively with all agencies and internal designers to ensure they deliver in line with the annual brand calendar of activations and campaigns.
As Marketing Manager, you will push boundaries and innovate as required to ensure the brand continues to evolve and grow in an ever-changing world.
In the role, you will work with the Marketing Director to develop the communications strategy and roadmap to build awareness and engagement, increasing the frequency of guest visits and driving loyalty through the execution four strategy.
Key skills required:
Min 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a branded food retail environment
Knowledge and engagement within the hospitality industry – on top of trends, emerging innovations, and competitor activity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong copywriting skills
Organised and competent at project management with multiple stakeholders
