Description
We're currently looking for a EVENTS SOUS-CHEF who are interested in being a part of our team. This position entails working on multiple projects and ability to adapt into any environment. This is not a typical restaurant sous chef position, you will be working in many different types of kitchens and people. This is an opportunity to have fun, be creative and learn about different food/cooking environments. Flexible schedule and willing to travel is required.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of cooking in a demanding environment as well as experience in recruiting, training, development and overall management of their cooks. Strong work ethic, are excited and passionate about food, and have a good sense of integrity and teamwork.

We are looking for people who want to GROW, who are excited to learn about KOREAN food. This is an opportunity to learn about the business side of things with a company that is young but growing rapidly. If you want to become a leader, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

REQUIREMENTS:
Management experience not necessary but 2+ years NYC restaurant experience required.
Self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently; ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
