Description
My Cooking Party is seeking a Sales Coordinator
Tasks:
• Answer online inquiries
• Take incoming sales calls
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Negotiate deals to fulfill monthly sales quotas
• Edit program inclusions to reflect pricing
• Create deposit invoices and contracts
• Collect client feedback
• Sign addendums and edit client contracts to reflect mcp's interests
• Communicate terms of sale to event planner, director of operations & kitchen staff
• Seek out new rental opportunities by creating online postings, and reaching out to Food Media Organizations, Food Brands, Marketing Teams, PR Firms & Ad Agencies
Skills:
• People skills - ability to read others in face of vast and varied corporate and private client base
• Accurate, effective and professional email communication abilities
• Organizational & time management skills
• Negotiation skills
• Networking capabilities
• Detail oriented, big picture thinker
• Ability to balance logistics/cost/client happiness
Requirements:
• Self-Motivated - competitive nature
• Willingness to thrive in a small business environment - lots of oversight/lots of responsibility
• Knowledge of & love for food
• Previous sales experience and/or event planning experience
• Minimum of three years in an office related environment
• Well spoken, kind & clever demeanor
