The role:

We seek dynamic individuals who value positive lifestyle choices and excel at crafting exquisite coffee, and taking pride in every aspect of your role as a barista.

What your days could look like:

  • Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, timely and relaxed yet professional manner
  • Work in all areas of the restaurant
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks
  • Continually build upon company and product knowledge and give input on how we could develop and improve
  • Take part in team tasting sessions to give you an authentic understanding of our menus for answering guest questions and boosting team creativity and rapport
  • Keep the area you’re responsible for clean, tidy and organised
  • Take care of guests’ billing
  • Give new team members a helping hand, and support their training and development
  • Work together, as part of our committed, efficient and dynamic team

Job skills & requirements:

  • Barista, waiting or bar experience
  • 2 years’ experience working in a similar position
  • Experience of latte art is essential
  • A commitment to consistently high levels of service and a passion for the industry
  • A willingness to work as a team player, a keen eye for detail and an eagerness to share information and skills that will improve service
  • An ability to communicate well and work seamlessly with colleagues from all departments
  • A team player, with bags of enthusiasm and personality
  • A real energy and passion for everything you do
  • A desire to provide an excellent guest experience
  • A genuine intent to use the latest technology for a smooth ordering and billing process, without compromising guest experience
  • The ability to work smart, and understand that self-belief and hard work will always earn you success
