Service Director

Growing restaurant group is in search of a FOH floor manager that specializes in executing seamless service.We are in search of someone who is responsible, on time, and has passion and commitment to the service industry. We are looking for someone with 3-4 years of management experience and the ability to lead our FOH staff. Must have open availability and a flexible schedule. Responsibilities will include:
-hosting /reservations/ private events/ front door
-floating/support floor manager
-available lunches/brunches/and dinners
-maintaining FOH schedule
-opening & closing the restaurant as a key holder
-administrative / back office
-beverage department (inventory, sales, new product, menu development)
-training new employees
-system development
