Description
· Management of the staff to include hiring, training, discipline, termination, payroll processing, and maintain labor budgets based on annual budgeting meeting.
· Management of service to include daily edits, printing and organization of digital files for all menus, conducting a daily preshift meeting, general support for both FOH and BOH through the course of service.
· Oversight of cleanliness and organization of the venue and the inventory of supplies within the venue.
· Oversight of repair and maintenance of all equipment within the venue and supporting the organization and tracking of repairs made.
· Management of vendor relationships to include a general understanding of any existing vendor contracts, negotiation, organization, and approval of any future vendor contracts.
· Maintaining communication with the executive management team including nightly notes reports, weekly manager meetings, and monthly P&L meetings.
· Oversight and or execution of any special events, whether in house or out.
