We are recruiting a seasonal casual Sous Chef. Reporting directly to our Head Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of our banqueting fine dining experience

Job Description
- To produce food to a high standard in line with the Country House and Customer expectation, ensuring the reputation of The Venue and The Group
- Support the Head and Sous Chef, stepping up when the Head Chef is absent to fully support Sous Chef.
- To assist with training more junior team members and encouraging casual team members.
- To attend chefs meetings and in house meetings as and when required
- Hours will include Breakfast shifts and Evening Buffet Shifts, but no “split” shifts
- To maintain health and hygiene standards, ensure up to date with all new and current legislation including allergens.
