General Manager

Our company is in need of a great GM to oversee the operations at two locations in Manhattan. Flagship store uptown and smaller sweet shop downtown. Candidate should pay great attention to detail, have experience in retail or restaurant management, be extremely organized, great with staffing and quick to learn product knowledge. This position is crucial and needs the right fit. Job duties will include but not be limited to: scheduling, team building meetings, manager meetings, inventory check, monthly special menu development, enforcing brand standards, product quality/rotation control, merchandising and customer care.
