Looking for breakfast/lunch sandwich + catering lead

At our new brick and mortar location inside the One Wilshire building, we are serving locally roasted coffees, small batch blended teas, hand making addictive artisanal scones, sandwiches and salads for catering/wholesale and for tenants of the building.

We are searching for the sandwich making guru to help us grow our new commissary/deli/bakery location inside one of the most important buildings of the internet. For the past 6 years, we've specialized in blending our own teas, baking some of the best scones in the world and now our tea party catering division is getting us pretty busy. We just fixed up and moved into our first brick and mortar location in the middle of downtown Los Angeles and looking for new team members!

We need an uber skilled sandwich maker who is reliable, consistent and able to jump in on our catering gigs when necessary.
The position is M-F, 7am-3p. Sometimes on weekends.
- Open the kitchen, prep for morning and lunch service prep
- Brew coffee (just the first batch, make sandwiches, salads, soups, catering prep when needed)
- Admin: ordering kitchen items, developing new menu items seasonally, scheduling kitchen staff with our pastry group.

We offer parking, meals, a group of pretty mindful kitchen staff that really get each other's backs.

You must be honest, a team-leader, go-getter, have a pretty good sense of humor and enjoy making great sandwiches/salads.

Our company is growing in many different aspects and constantly looking to expand our team.
We will offer opportunities for profit sharing on catering projects.
