The Sous Chef/Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant. Including people management (hiring, training, and development), business optimization (adhering to sales and cost budgets), cost control (overseeing the inventory and ordering of food and supplies), and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. This individual is also expected to maintain a high level of professionalism while creating a warm, fun, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere.
