The ideal candidate for the Salad Maker position will have a passion for cooking and food and beverage, a pro-active and "can do" attitude, providing exceptional service to our clients. We need someone with experience preparing, washing, peeling, and cutting various food to be cooked. We’re busy so we also need someone who is fast, precise and who works in a safe and clean manner. Is that you? If so, apply now!
Requirements:
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old
• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
• Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
Hours: Will vary, must be able to work weekends
Abilities include:
Must be able to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
Some bending/kneeling/stooping required
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to work in a hot environment
High School diploma or equivalent
