We are looking for committed, professional, and responsible individuals that will be on time for a shift he/she has committed to working. Primary responsibilities include:
• Responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as (but not limited to) properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Assists with cleaning areas of the restaurant as requested
• Must also be willing to help out in the kitchen with light prepping duties
• Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
Requirements:
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Solution oriented
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
• Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
Hours: Will vary, must be able to work weekends
Abilities include:
• Must be able to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 5, lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
• Some bending/kneeling/stooping required
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in a hot environment
