We are now looking for a F&B Operations Manager to join our team at our Gravity Max venue in Wandsworth, Southwest London. This is a big job, in a high-profile venue where you will be responsible for delivering a fun experience to our guests.

What you’ll be doing…

You will be an integral part of the Management Team at Gravity Wandsworth, working closely with the AGM and other key stakeholders, to fully contribute to the F&B operation of the site. The role is biased towards wet sales so you must have strong experience within this area, plus you will be responsible for the delivery of events within the venue, from small parties up to large corporate events.

Your key responsibilities

·        Organising and delivering events to or customers, whether they be birthday parties for smaller groups to venue take overs for large corporation, you will have the experience to deliver a first-class product.

·        Deliver a fun experience for our customers.

·        Ensure that the site is maintained to a high level and is always clean and safe.

·        Run the bar spaces to maximise profit and service levels, making our Heineken Sports Bar the place to be in Westfield Stratford.
