Description
Cooper’s Craft & Kitchen: Chelsea is located at 169 8th Ave. at W 18th St. We are seeking friendly and reliable hosts and servers– part-time with a strong possibility of picking up additional shifts– to join our front of house team.
Hosts and servers are the face of our establishment. Every positive customer experience hinges upon excellent guest service provided first and foremost by our front of house team. Ideal candidates:
+ Have 2 years minimum of prior sit-down dining or pub serving experience; prior NYC experience preferred for servers; 2 years minimum customer service experience for hosts
+ Have knowledge of or interest in craft beers
+ Possess a team-driven and positive attitude, with a passion for doing the best job possible
+ Have deft and effective communication skills, both internally and customer-facing
+ Are organized and pay attention to the details and the fussy bits that others may overlook
+ Have a relatively steady schedule week-to-week
+ Are available Thursday evenings through Sunday evenings
+ Can hustle with a smile
