• You know how to get your team to trust you, listen to you and respect you
• You’ve got a knack for communication and are good at keeping our guests happy
• Efficiency is your middle name! You’re a doer and not afraid of hard work.
• You can juggle a few things at once and keep cool calm and collected when things get a bit crazy
• You can handle computers and administration with your eyes shut
