The head sommelier is responsible for the following but is not limited to:
5 nightly services
Weekly lunch services
Weekly closing of restaurant
POS updates
Beverage Menu updates
Staff Education
Monthly inventory
Work with Beverage Operations director to manage business
Ordering
Stocking and maintenance of inventory

Experience with POS System
Able to Work Weekends
Must have extensive knowledge in Italian Wines

Able to lift 30+ pounds
