Barista

Job Overview

At The Rosticceria the barista will prepare custom coffee beverages. To besuccessful in this role, you should have a passion for customer service and have an introductory skillset of a barista. 

 Responsibilities andDuties

 ●      Greet customers,present bakery and drink menus, answer questions and offer recommendations

●      Take orders whilepaying attention to details

●      Prepare barista style beveragesfollowing recipes

●      Serve beverages  with aesthetically pleasing presentation 

●      Maintain a cleanand tidy work area, including coffee and drink making equipment

●      Comply with andsafety regulations

 Requirements

 ●      At least 18 yearsof age with a high school diploma or equivalent

●      Must have atleast 6 months experience as a barista or counter service

●      Positive attitudewith outgoing and friendly personality

●      Cashierexperience and basic math skills needed

●      Excellentcommunication skills

●      Knowledge ofsanitation regulations

●      Must be availableto work evenings, nights, and weekends

●      Is professionaland punctual

●      Team player whois reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
