La Maison du Macaron is seeking an experienced individual in viennoiserie. Must have 1 year of professional baking experience.
Individual must:
• Have strong organizational skills.
• Follow procedure of safe food handling practices.
• Know how to safely operate all baking equipment as dough-sheeter, oven, mixer…
• Prepare, bake and deliver consistently quality viennoiserie items (croissants, brioches, Danishes…) according to La Maison du Macaron standards.
