Description
As the FOH/Events manager, you will be responsible for:
- Training, development and performance management of FOH employees
- Create and manage schedules to ensure staffing needs are met
- Researching event and market opportunities in NYC, Toronto and DC as well as national and international markets
- Handle all aspects of events including: licensing, permitting, insurance, staffing, food orders, load-ins, etc.
- Develop all event menus and merchandise needs along with checklist, pack list and order list creation
- Maintain an accurate inventory of event and market supplies
