Description
David Chang's first momofuku restaurant, Noodle Bar opened in 2004 and remains his flagship location. as the birthplace of our famous pork buns, noodle bar serves ramen as well as a roster of seasonal dishes and chef specials.

Line Cooks at Noodle Bar will experience the grill, noodle and bun stations that make up the unique line in our fast paced, open kitchen!

Some things you'll be doing:
- Working with seasonal ingredients
- Executing menu items from start to finish. this includes preparation of ingredients, butchery of proteins, cooking and plating of dishes.
- Honing your existing skills while learning new techniques and building your skill set as a line cook

Skils & Requirements:
- At least 2 years of line experience
- High volume restaurant experience
- Comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen, executing high quality food
- A passion for food, exceptional work ethic and dedication
- An enthusiasm to learn and grow with us!
