POSITION: Full & Part Time BUTCHER/LINE COOKS; Room for Growth
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years NYC culinary experience
- Excellent knife skills
- Strong culinary skill set (ability to work with speed/efficiency, food knowledge, food handling & safety etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to follow direction and multi-task
- Strong sense of urgency
- Commitment and passion for cooking & hospitality
