Description
Chef Andrew Carmellini's front of house team is seeking a full-time Dining Room Manager to join their team of service professionals.
Ideal candidates possess:
* At least 2 years experience as a manager at a chef-driven restaurant
* Ability to manage a service team and create stellar guest experiences
* Working knowledge of our menu and beverage culture; the ability to effectively train staff in all aspects
* OpenTable and Micros POS experience
* DOH Food Protection certified
