Farm Girl is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join their team. We are looking for someone who, alongside taking pride in making high quality coffee, has a keen interest in the healthy food. You will not only serving coffee but also any other item that is available to the customer.  

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Approach - Maintain an enthusiastic, engaged, and passionate approach to specialty coffee and great service, with the ability to cope under pressure.
  
• Quality - Ensure drink quality is exceptional and consistent
  
• Cleanliness - Ensure the shop section maintains the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation and hygiene at all times.
  
• Training – Being up to date with necessary training.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in manual milk steaming.
• Knowledge of calibrating and dialling in coffee machine.
• Can do attitude and hands on approach
• Excellent customer service
• Knowledge of artisan coffee preferable

• Day time shifts only. (8am - 6pm)
  
• Weekend rate for Saturday/Sunday shifts. 
• Certified barista training
• Meal and hot drinks on shift.
