Rosa Mexicano Restaurants, a NYC based, successful casual fine dining restaurant group known for outstanding hospitality and service and for offering an authentic menu that the Zagat Survey calls, "the 'gold standard' of 'upscale modern' Mexican cuisine", with locations in NY, DC, Atlanta, Miami, LA, seeks a Sous Chef for our New York City and Washington D.C. locations.

Please feel free to visit every MONDAY- FRIDAY between 2:00-4:00 PM. A member of our management team will be available to meet with you.

Candidate should have at least two years experience working in a high volume, high quality full service restaurant.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
