PREFERRED BACKGROUND
+ High-speed / high-volume / high-consistency catering experience (i.e., hundreds to thousands of covers per service)
+ Experienced high growth (200+%) in a senior leadership position and been responsible to adapt existing / create new systems/ follow existing systems
+ Experienced hiring, training, managing/organizing and leading a rapidly growing catering team
+ Track record of building cohesive, loyal, positive team environments
+ Command of ordering and inventory procedures
+ Track record of managing, monitoring and maintaining consistent food costs

SKILLS
+ Technically skilled in the kitchen and mastery of a variety of cooking techniques
+ Excels in creating new dishes and coming up with fresh ideas
+ Adept working in environments requiring flexibility / thinking and adapting 'on the fly'
+ Experience as a Sous Chef (including building and leading a team)
+ Strong communication skills
+ Tech literate, especially in Excel
+ Able to communicate effectively in Spanish
+ Available to work early mornings and weekends
