Harri’s Candidate Management System enables employers to:
There are two ways to access the Candidate Management System. From the dashboard, click on the New Candidates, New Messages or Total Candidates links for a specific Job (see below). Or, click on the Messages link in the horizontal menu.
The Inbox displays candidate listings with the newest messages at the top. Unread messages have a blue background.
Click on a candidate's name to review their Quickview Profile. If the candidate is a good fit, change their status to “Interview” and then click the next arrow to review additional candidates. When you are finished reviewing candidates, close Quickview using the [x] icon.

**Pro-Tip** Our most successful employers keep their Inbox manageable by archiving messages from candidates they have replied to.
When all messages have been archived from your inbox, use the Candidate Status filters to keep track of where each candidate is in the hiring process. If Amy turns out to not be a good fit, for example, simply update her status to “Passed” and she will be removed from the "Interview" filter and added to the "Passed" filter.
**Pro Tip** when you pass on a candidate, make sure to reply and thank them for their interest. Use the" Thanks But No Thanks" Template (TBNT) to quickly respond and maintain your reputation as a good employer!
When a candidate replies to your interview invitation, the conversation will be moved from the "Archive" folder back to the inbox.In the example below, Amy has confirmed that she will attend the interview.
To review candidates for a specific position, select a job from the Jobs Filter.
