Required Experience: We are looking for a dynamic person with 2 -3 years of high level experience in managing a restaurant. The ideal candidate must be able to balance professional attitude with creating a fun and rewarding atmosphere for our employees and guests! You must be organized, detail-oriented, an impeccable multi-tasker and a proactive and forward-looking leader. Leadership qualities include creating a positive and disciplined environment and teaching by example. You must be able to think on your feet, prioritize and maintain awareness of the task at hand in relation to the health of the business.

Specific Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Keeping restaurant in compliance with health codes
Managing customer relations
Maintaining budgets and forecasting
Staffing and Scheduling
Training and motivating employees
Working closely with Marketing, Catering & Events departments
Programming & problem solving POS systems and other computer systems
Supervise floor shifts
Various administrative duties
