Server/Waiter/Waitress

• Collects menus and returns them to the Host Area.
• Cleans menus as needed throughout the shift.
• Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
• Intellectually speaks about and sells menu items, secret menu items and promotions.
• Pre-busses tables to ensure cleanliness and guest comfort while dining.
• Wishes the guest a warm farewell and invites them to return.
• Stocks/restocks items according to specifications.
• Follows all cleanliness and sanitation procedures including frequent hand-washing.
• Notifies a manager immediately if a guest or team member is injured or has a complaint. • Completes all side-work as directed.
• Follows all policies and procedures with the Team Member Handbook.
• Maintains professional, composed and calm demeanor at all times.
