We are seeking a
Director of Culinary Operations
to join our team!
The Director of Culinary Operations will provide support and oversight for all B&I locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring culinary operations are structured and supported to operate at a very high level, timely and efficiently, with interdepartmental continuity and collaboration - to deliver on our brand promise to meet and exceed our clients' and guests' cuilnary and culinary service expectations
Provide the appropriate tools needed for the team and operations to run smoothly, by way of any facilities or equipment needs, training materials, recipes, build sheets, and timely communications
Being proactive & prepared and as we grow and/or scale business to ensure the team structure and skill set is able to support the new and/or adjusted business needs ensuring operational and financial success
Providing continual oversight and support in recruiting, hiring, and training our new and existing culinary and operation talent
Oversee Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chefs, and/or field supervisors in the hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision of culinary operations teams to ensure we attract, retain, and grow the appropriate teams for specific businesses
Collaborate with FOH operations team to ensure all culinary operations related goals and visions are aligned and are in best interests for USE
