Union Square Events is seeking an Event Production Supervisor to join our team at Bloomberg!
The Event Production Supervisor has direct responsibility to organize and manage the day to day running and execution of services. Meal periods can include flexible shift patterns ranging from breakfast to lunch, and lunch to dinner. primary responsibilities include creation of daily prep lists, coordination with sous chefs and head chef on product ordering. preparation, and execution. Duties also include oversight of safety and sanitation practices to ensure the environment is NYC DOH ready for inspection at all times. Must have experience in union environment.
