Description
Our restaurant group is opening a high-end Upper East Side restaurant located in the 60s. The restaurant aims to create a unique and modern dining experience for our neighborhood patrons.

We are seeking waiters/waitresses that excel in prompt service, hospitality and have a can-do attitude. Candidates should be able to display a sense of urgency while working on the dining room floor while simultaneously delivering high-quality service with an exceptional work ethic.

General Accountabilities

Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food.
Knowledgable on entire menu (food & beverage) including potential allergies and dietary restrictions.
Takes customer orders by writing them down or memorizing them.
Proficient in using a POS system, preferably Aloha.
Serves customers in a timely fashion.
Observes service to respond to any additional requests by cutomers.
Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to cashier.
Clears or resets table at the end of each course.
Thanks patrons and always keeps a positive attitude with a smile.
