Position
Overview:
We are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as
a Host. As a Host at Angus Steakhouse, you will be the first point of contact
for our guests, welcoming them with a smile and ensuring they have an
exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive. If you have a
passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a
fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Assist in coordinating wait staff and managing table turnover
- Provide guests with information about our menu and restaurant amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Host for a fast-paced restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
