Job Description
Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills is looking for highly motivated hospitality professional, to serve as an Engineer. The Engineer will provide customer service excellence at all times, by creating a personable and memorable experience for guests while maintaining the functionality and safety of the hotel.
Responsibilities
• Conduct repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
• Must perform tasks like repairing of various equipment and materials, replacement of electronics, painting, cleaning or wiring work.
• Conducting preventative maintenance to guest rooms, maintenance repairs, and services.
• Daily technical inspection rounds
• Perform general maintenance work
• Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
• Follow hotel security guidelines
• Perform other duties from the norm as requested by General Manager
Qualifications
• Display a desire to exceed expectations with every interaction
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Able to work under pressure
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational skills
