Essential Duties (Primary Responsibilities) include the following:
• Provide support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
• Monitor, prioritize and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through email or phone
• Optimize configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
• Responsible for researching industry trends and making necessary recommendations
• Assist with onboarding of new internal users
• Assist with offboarding of terminated users
• Setup network accounts and domain emails
• Perform server backups, performance monitoring and hardware checks as well as file restorations from backup
• Responsible for spam filter maintenance
• Micros POS server patching and maintaining
• Micros hardware repair and replacement
• Hardware and Software ordering and maintaining for all users including new users
• Network Updates and Firewall Updates
• Wifi Setup and Monitoring
• Configure and maintain VOIP phone system
• Weekly IT status reports
• Off hours on call (if venue has a full outage)
• Firewall management and security monitoring for each venue
• Management of company hardware, warranty, replacements and asset inventory
• Strong MAC and PC knowledge
• Micros and Compeat knowledge a plus
• Outstanding communication skills and a distinct passion for service
• Travel required between Boston and CT locations

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Meets physical demands of the position including the ability to lift and handle heavy materials, bend, and stoop and stretch as
required for placement and retrieval of materials or equipment.
• Other duties to be assigned based on venues requirements.
