As an Outside Sales Manager, a typical day might include the following:
• Drive Private Dining/Large Group sales by developing new and repeat customer lists and databases through outside sales.
• Prospecting and aggressively seeking new clientele by networking, cold-calling, canvassing and referrals.
• Works with the Director of Sales in negotiating contracts.
• Prepares proposals and contracts to advise prospective clients of space considerations, rates and availability develops and quotes
prices.
• Understand and articulate product details in an engaging, enthusiastic and persuasive manner with the ability to easily connect
with potential clients.
• Cultivate relationships to establish new or expand on existing business.
• Demonstrate a passion for the venues to effectively generate interest in Big Night Entertainment Group.
• Be able to provide innovative solutions for potential clients in order to create a memorable experience.
• Conducts site tours with potential clients visiting venues as necessary based on clients needs and requests.
• Develop new sales leads.
• Work with Marketing to develop and execute sales driving programs or promotions.
• Other duties to be assigned based on venues requirements.

This Job Might Be For You If:
• You have at least 2 years of experience in an outside sales role with high service standards and organization focus.
• You can demonstrate exemplary customer service skills.
• You have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• You have the ability to work well with people internally and externally at all levels.
• You have solid planning, organizing and scheduling abilities.
• You can create enthusiasm and demonstrate innovation.
• You have strong relationship building skills.
• You have a pre-existing client database (preferred not required.)
• You have restaurant or casino sales experience.

You would be required to:
• Problem Solve- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develop alternative solutions.
• Sales Management- Develop sales plans; complete projects on time and budget.
• Customer Service- Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs.
• Quality Management- Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
• Cost Consciousness- Works within approved budget; contributes to profits and revenue; develops and implements cost saving
measures.
• Ethics- Treats people with respect; inspires the trust of others; works with integrity and ethically.
