Celebrating our legacy of modern fashion, creativity, individuality, and intrigue by providing every guest with an unparalleled customer experience. We are currently seeking a full-time Line Cook for Freds restaurant at our New Downtown Flagship Store in Chelsea.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience working in fine dining environment
Demonstrated knowledge of proper food handling, produce, meat and fish
Demonstrated good judgment of quantity, quality and production
Knowledge and understanding of basic temperatures and food safety
Demonstrated passion for this profession and desire to learn
Exhibits clean work habits and ownership of a safe clean area.
Demonstrates the ability to follow recipes
Required Skills/Competencies:

Proficient with basic tools, measurements and kitchen equipment
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and understanding of recipe conversion
Must be dependable and punctual
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Must be capable of handling a typical kitchen environment, standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50lbs, etc.
Must have excellent sanitation habits and be willing to adhere to dress code
Performs all other duties as assigned
