Description
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each customer and maintain a safe environment.
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as all applicable regulations.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally.
- Classic cocktail knowledge required.
- Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined.
- 2 years of high volume, fast-paced, New York City experience required.
- Must have a flexible schedule and able to take on one on call day throughout the week.
