Dishwasher

BLT Steak is our interpretation of the American Steakhouse, combining bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare enhanced by an award-winning wine list, with over 500 options. Guests can enjoy our signature warm popovers, an acclaimed selection of steaks, fresh seafood, satisfying sides and creative desserts alongside a weekly Blackboard Menu featuring specials.

We are seeking a Dishwasher, to be the backbone of our kitchen. All Dishwashers will be responsible for the following:
- Following instructions of the Chef at all times.
- Assisting coworkers as needed and as directed.
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
- Collect and wash up pots and pans.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, to DOH standards.
- Changing garbage, cleaning floors, assist with prep work
- Keep the storeroom and walk-ins organized
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitized


We are looking for a Dishwasher/Porter who can help support our restaurant. We are a high-volume business, and are looking for someone who can assist with multiple things: washing dishes, changing garbage, cleaning floors, some light prep work, and whatever else are the needs of our management staff. Ideally, we want someone who can take feedback, and grow with us as we continue to grow, also.
