Description
The General Manager has responsibility in all areas of operations including sales, profits and people. Sales: To increase sales by ensuring guest service and satisfaction in all areas that meets Blue Moon Standards. Profit: To optimize profits by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs. People: To execute and oversee all areas and activities of the restaurant, including the front & back of the house. To oversee training and development of all managers & hourly employees. In addition to these duties and responsibilities, our General Managers are expected to develop and maintain great connections and relationships with our guests and surrounding community.
