About Us:
Launching in Bloomberg Arcade, Brigadiers will be a contemporary Indian barbecue restaurant and beer tavern. As part of the critically-acclaimed JKS Restaurants, Brigadiers will be under same belt as Gymkhana, Trishna, Hoppers, Lyle’s, Bubbledogs, Kitchen Table, Bao, Xu, Sabor and Motu.
The Venue:
Inspired by the army mess bars of India, Brigadiers will accommodate 140 covers and house a restaurant and bar, a dining room, private dining spaces, an outdoor terrace and a pool room with whisky vending machines and self-serve beer taps.
With a weekly events programme featuring live sport, screenings, Q&A’s and speakers from the arts, culture, business, food and drinks world, Brigadiers will be a creative and diverse hub to entertain within.
Job Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager, who is a confident, hands-on and pro-active leader. You’ll be working closely with the General Manager to lead a large FOH team, so will need to be able communicate effectively and inspire the highest standards of service and operations. We’re looking for someone with strong business acumen, who is fluent with reading P&Ls and controlling costs, but is also eager to get stuck in to all aspects of the role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager keen to take on responsibility in this unique new opening.
