Candidate for Sous Chef must display the following qualities & skills:
-A passion to work with alternative, healthy vegan cuisine that is interesting & exciting, yet approachable.
-A strong ability to execute menus, especially during busy periods.
-A solid understanding of purchasing, food cost control, inventories, scheduling and interpersonal / HR skills.
-A sincere desire to ensure a synergy between front and back of house to create a complete, guest-oriented product.
If you have the desire and ambition to one day have your own restaurant, but want to experience as much as possible in a successful establishment alongside hands-on owner/operator, this opportunity could be right for you. You must have previous experience as a Sous Chef and knowledge of Vegan cuisine. Competitive salary and benefits package available.
