Both Candle Cafe and Candle 79, two well respected vegan restaurants in NYC are looking for fresh energy to help our company grow.
Candidate for Line Cook must display the following qualities & skills:
-A passion to work with alternative, healthy vegan cuisine that is interesting & exciting, yet approachable.
-A strong ability to execute menus, especially during busy periods.
-A sincere desire to ensure a synergy between front and back of house to create a complete, guest-oriented product.
-A passion for food and creating innovative dishes
