At Caravan Coffee Roasters, we’re passionate about delivering ‘Great Coffee Made Easy’, inspiring coffee confidence in and out of the home. This means enabling more people to enjoy great speciality coffee, all day, anyway, because you brew you! All freshly roasted on our Loring eco roaster in our market-leading North London roastery HQ! As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Barista to join our team and play a vital role in making our Brew Bars a great coffee destination.

You’ll be dedicated to making the perfect cup of coffee and be proud to serve locally-roasted beans.  You'll also be flexible to work in a couple of central London locations including Caravan at the Savoy, Caravan at Euston and our roastery  in Lambworks.

You will be open to learning in order to develop your knowledge and skills and in return we will embrace your individuality and creativity, so that you go into every service with a smile. You’ll take ownership of your role, thrive in a café environment and strive to be the best.

We would love to hear from you if you’re up for a new venture and have experience working with craft coffee.  We’ve got lots planned for 2024/2025 and we are excited to welcome some amazing new people into our teams.

Salary – Up to £13.50 per hour, depending on experience
